Where I come from (Corporate America), you receive a bonus for making postive contributions which are measurable. What has been Cliff's positive contribution(s) as CEO? Could a neophite right out of college complete the same tasks as Cliff has? In the corporations that I've worked for, a CEO with the same type of performance as Cliff would be put out on the street so fast his head would spin. Highly paid corporate officers are usually pressured to make specific PAC contributions and buy company stock. All of the officers fall in line if they want to keep their jobs.
