IMO, this can only begin with a judgment of infringement, or settlements so large (perhaps even larger than back in early 2006) that the mere dollar value strikes fear in the hearts of other alleged infringers.
I for one have given up on the cheer leading. I just hope that everything will turn out for our good as we expect.
