You believe that we will need to sue most infirngers? If current NDOC and USITC actions are a clear and decisive win, I would think legal expenses ought to be negligeable going forward. Where future legal action might be required, wouldn't the license be 3 or 4 times the historical average not just 2X that I used thus more than offsetting the litigation expense?
