Yes, sordid. The ITC is theoretically big, but if we see a bunch of settlements prior to any ruling and have to wait for an SEC filing, well, you know how that turned out last time. We need PTSC to provide investor information, not an internet message board. And posters saying dividends will result in this or that and having everyone on an internet message board saying the goal post is now the ITC. PTSC needs to manage investor expectations through what they believe is possible. No offense, but poppytom and optimistic aren't exactly official channels ...
