Leckrone was blatantly stealing from PTSC and us the shareholders including you... The BoD had no other option but to sue Leckerone & TPL... Did they want to..? I would guess not, even tho it was criminal what Leckrone was doing.. While the BoD sure had a mean bark.. they certainly settled as quickly as they could to make it go away.. asses covered..

If Leckerone only spent as much time trying to maximize MMP License Fees, as he does ripping off his 'partners'.. we'd all be in a much better place than we currently are..
