Allow me to clarify. That is one statement of many that is included in the claim charts. It is not the only picece to the infringement puzzle as you rightly point out. However, the 336 is being touted as

<Widely recognized as fundamental technology,>

and I believe it is. If it is fundamental, why didn't the industry recognize it as such? I was suggesting that they may have, but wanted it for nothing. Am I wrong?
