"Duress" ? Is that our defense to the vast majority of our licenses being under $2MM ?

I don't recall many, if any, of those 100 licenses that resulted from any lawsuit wherein we claimed we were under "duress", do you ? Infact, how many licenses were signed after a lawsuit was filed against the Licensee first ?

I seem to recall that we even claimed the low costing licenses were part of our "early mover" strategy; it was OUR plan .. I never read or heard it was because we were under "duress", did you ?

Show us one quote from PTSC or TPL which said we were licensing under "duress".

I'm not sure I can take much more of your baseless posting; but when I'm in the mood I just can't let you try to get away with such ridiculous fabricated nonsense.
