I'm probably not the first person that filed a compaint with SEC or will be the last. I'm guessing many may have. Not sure it will accomplish much but if anything I'm trying to hold our BOD accountable. May be the will SEC looks into the matte, maybe not. Keeping every one honest would be my goal because the way I feel today is our BOD has keept us in the dark on important matters that have taken place. What agreement was made with TPL ? As an investor I feel we have the right to know as well as what signing and fees we have collected.

I hope I'm wrong and big things are going on behind closed doors but the lack of information is just pissing me off as an investor. Throw us a bone and tell us what's going on.
