Exact same arguments as the first Markman arguments relating to the ring oscillator and instruction register terms. A little more depth but the same arguments. Same stakes in play and yhe T3 are requesting dependent terms on the ring iscillator and instruction register be redefined by the new judge over Judge Ware. T3 claim Judge Ware misconstrued a few terms. We claim we don't agree with Judge Ware in defining further a ring oscillator as the USPTO already has, TPL's expert has, and there has been plenty of analysis done on the ring oscillator term. Essentially, TPL does not want to get pinned down on further defining the ring oscillator.
Further info from EE contact re ring oscillator term and how it is differentiated from the VCO in Talbot.
