Everyone was waiting on the MH ruling, here it is almost nov and the ruling isnt complete, and the other side wants to re-visit other parts.

So that was dragged out by the courts.

It seems though every bump in the road we have everyone blames lecky.

In the meantime, we still cant sign licenses like we should be able to, because the MH ruling isnt completed, and your blaming lecky for not signing licenses, when things are not under his control.
