I am sure there are still many companies that want to sign right now for cheap. But early movers are not welcome anymore.

PTSC and TPL are close to their goal and do not give away cheap licences anymore.

There is just no other explanation for not having signings for quite a while. Our patents have gone through many difficulties, survived them and are stronger than ever.
