Link 2 is an iBrief from the Duke Law & Technology review, which I read in its entirety. The brief talks about the ITC only being able to grant injunctive relief and that there may be other remedies for infringement. It also goes into what some potential reforms might look like.

Neither link provided any information on how you calculated your estimate of $12mm-$20mm or more per defendant.

Please explain the calculation you used to arrive at these numbers. If there is no math behind your estimates please let us know that as well.
