Disagree. The SP will move when something major happens even before it is announced. We have seen it over and over again. Anything else is wishful thinking. If/when something of true substance happens, we will all know by how the SP moves like it has in the passed. Not a coin toss ... 99% ... Heck, I'll even give you 85%.
