Is the basis of my optimism in the ultimate success of our quest for JUSTICE in this case.

If those who administer the LAW are knowledgeable and honest, we will prevail..

The obvious FACT that these patents deliver superior performance,while there is NO other patents issued for a product that can do so,is a testament to OUR patent's POWER.

The resistance by infringers to PAY for what they are using,is based on MONEY,but that is no defence for infringement..

So that means they must attack the patent's attributes; that is; validity and uniqueness...

Search the USPTO records and you will NOT see any patent that can replicate the MMP',performance....PERIOD.!!
