which WILL ultimately determine this Federal District Court's view on the 336, and yesterday there was only $6,000 total worth of new speculation in ownership of company stock ????

I trust everyone is aware of our initial success with the previous Rulings on the other patents, but explicit statements the Court made regarding considerations for the 336 make this Ruling outcome special. It appears to me that this is a lynchpin Ruling for infringments impacting all our Patents, regardless of the venue.
