Thanks BaNosser!!! Always keeping us informed, but this one is particularly sweet!

Shopping last night and woke up late this am. Read all the messages so far. As you can see we are all thankful for your posting. What a holiday present for all of us. Whatever the terms of the settlement or it's implications the volume of over a half million and the % increase reflect that this news is HUGE !!! IMO.

I also believe that it is significant that one of the 3 is now out of the court dealings. Divide and conquer. Which one of the remaining two may fold leaving the other holding the bag??
