Wow! I just read that also and I am hopeful he ruled on all issues from the bench, or at least the ring oscillator. Hopefully it all fell in our favor. Regarding the ring oscillator term and the non-controllable sections, I have to say I am pretty confident but we will have to see what the judge says.

I would love to see the second Markman decision written and finalized within two weeks. I was prepared for a response by Jan 31st, 2013. I am psyched if this starts to speed up a little.
