It appears that the Magistrate has been on top of this thing since it moved from Ware's hand to his. If I remember correctly, he actually started reading the case before Judge Ware retired and also had major support/help from the SM. He has an extensive background education in tech. patents and has had some courtroom experience with some, if not all, of the players in this case. I guess that we will hear the outcome just as fast as the court staff can type and file it as the pacer indicated the "report would be filed after the hearing." Wish we could have all been there for this one----AND, I hope that it is the last. Anxious to hear your view on the outcome. GL, ads
