No the way I see it is that Barcos decision to withdraw means they automatically pay what they owe to PTSC. Remember PTSC did not ask Barco to withdraw nor did ptsc request for settlement. Barco would have seen the case is not going to go to their favor and decided the best thing to do is withdraw and settle.

I assume the cost thing is court cost....

M ..... I hope what u have stated above is true.... however.... it could also br Barco had things going thier way and TPL let them off the hook.....

well my guess is we will get a PR..... on Monday,,,,, it will take a few months to tell what we will get....
