Would you agree that years ago, Gloria was an advocate for shareholders. Perhaps because she represented the Falk trust which was heavily invested in PTSC. Whatever her motives, she was the lone voice for shareholder value. Nowadays, it appears NONE of the BoD members care one iota for shareholder value. They are reaping huge paychecks and delivering very little for shareholders. They come close to showing contempt for shareholders. And you want them to do something for shareholders?
