Not necessarily. The document for dismissal of Barco case was filed on 11/29. The wording was something to the effect.....all claims and counterclaims having been settled. So, very good chance, if any monies were involved it happened in last quarter. AS to Sierra....the pr came out on a monday around 1:00pm west coast time. I would think it is at least 50/50 that the deal was consummated last week. IMO
