Apparently you are not able to comprehend the technical aspects of these Patents,sufficiently to draw the conclusions that you stated in your post.

There may be some owners of PTSC stock,who do not grasp the technical side of this battle...And when you proclaim as you did, that this is NOT good for PTSC--Without an IMO--the impact you make on S/H's is certainly a cause for concern for some, which might cause a rush to sell.

Since you don't appear to be qualified in the field involved here, it might be wise to withhold any such judgements,and defer to those who are knowledgeble.

At this point in the process,it would be unwise to make unsubstantiated conclusions,as most S/H's are already on the edge of their seats and ready to hit the keyboard at the merest hint of anything negative.....Including myself...
