On a scale of 1-10 with ten being extremely important .....how important is this entire DMA CPU issue?

Will losing on this one issue prevent large $$$ settlements, support any claim that the patents should be invalidated at this point, or prevent a jury from awarding large sums of $$$ (perhaps for willful infringement).

Please spend some time away from Agora and instead, spend a few minutes researching e-mail contact information for one or more media contacts in your local area. The good news has to get out fast by everyone here. If we at least make the effort, which is more than we can expect from our BoD based on past performance ,and it doesn't work out.....well maybe it wasn't the patent portfolio on water after all. Perhaps we were fooled into drinking the Kool-aid.
