Your dismissiveness for those who choose to exercise guarded caution after a brutal 4 year ordeal and likely present capital loss position of 90% of this boards' readers, which you describe as simply being due to "an unavoidable legal problem", or "noone's perfect", or "unrealistic expectations", or "just the nature of the beast", and lastly as "oh woe is me stuff", is frankly the "stuff" of foolishness, excuse and revisionism.
