I echo moxa1 's sentiments. . .According to our resident experts, the claims construction was extremely positive for us. Isn't that what the company was waiting and hoping for? What is the benefit of holding off filing a PR ? I would think a scorched earth approach, full scale promotion of the ruling would be in order.
