Thanks for that info. When did you speak with them? If you are right, we should see it this afternoon.

You also asked--Going a step further, does anyone really think the T2 is going to hang in there hoping for a "better deal" via a jury determining damages?

I have to say no---I can't see them hoping for a better deal before a jury at this time. The patents have been examined up one side and down the other--a jury would be informed of that, IMHO. GL, ads
