That got "taken care of" by TPL stipulating to noninfringement of the '584 patent so they could appeal Ward's construction. The Federal Circuit made a summary affirmance (no discussion, just said "affirmed") and that was that. Probably why we don't see the '584 patent too much any more. Since the '584 patent was gone, but others were still in the case, you could assume the settlement numbers went down. That would make sense, but to say anything more would be pure guesswork. The entire case settled shortly after the Federal Circuit's affirmance.
