when it is announced, I would like to know how many companies remain on/been added to the infringment list. If I were going to announce the Markman, I would waiy for the long form so I could make a reference to it on a website in the PR for all the companies who have been notified of infringement or will be notified of infringement so they can see the, IMO, ironclad results of the Markman.
