Message: Question about long form

"a "material event" is a specific, legally defined thing. It is a hard, cold fact that will without question affect a company in a positive or negative way. "

Say the recent license activity netted PDS $20M gross, leading to about $8M net to PTSC. (Don't challenge my math - it's deliberately rough).

PTSC has seen fit to stipulate/warn in several SEC reports that their current "cash" levels are "sufficient" to keep the doors open for a year or so, inferring that the BOD deems such a statement worthy of mention and material to the company's future and to the interests of investors.

Isn't a sudden cash influx which doubles current cash-at-hand a material event relevant to the future operational longevity of the company, materially and significant improving PTSC's ability to continue its PDS/TPL partnership (PTSC's sole source of income) longer?
