It seems to me like the first one would have been "the long version" also. Wierd that they would file a short and a long version, but you may be right. I did notice the dates changed. I was wondering if redactions were made after the 1st file and the 2nd one was a copy with redactions made--the 2nd one is allowing 5 days from todays date for them to be made as was the 1st, however.
