The pr doesn't mention the fact that one last claim was still in dispute. A very important claim for our success. This war is being won one slow battle at a time and when we get this last pr confirming what many think is a victory maybe the licenses will start coming in at a rate that no one will be able to deny the strength of our patent. The infringers are running out of options for delaying the inevitable. As to which issues are holding this(pr) up is a guess and I haven't read a post on here explaining the reason. The fact is DL decides when something is released and he obviously isn't ready to do so for whatever reasons.
