Well, since HTC and Acer are also "in" the ITC case, if we win in the ITC, I think they will be persuaded that things are not going to go their way in ND Cal. They will likely settle. But an ITC win (following the hearing) won't have any relevance to an MSJ in Cal.

If TPL gets the continuance, so much for my statement that trial (in Cal.) is set for this summer. But with the ITC hearing set for June, same result. Fireworks! But it will take just a bit longer to see how that turns out. I'm sure (IMO) that there will be non-settling parties still in the ITC case in June--there are so many of 'em now.
