How sad is the fact that people that have followed this stock can not see this as legal posturing and gamesmanship from HTC and Acer. They lost they want another crack at it. If the Markman would have went their way we would want a new CC hearing. We have hundreds of infringers on notice that are facing treble damages this clarifies what I wanted to hear in the PR we won hands down. Now let the hundred maybe thousands of infringers make the decision to settle or wait for HTC and Acers" lawyers grasp at straws as they get beat over and over. Let them take us to the end of the line my guess is many companies will settle in the near future.
