This is to give a point of reference as to how well TPL has done with one of their two other ITC Cases (337-ta-807) Latest entry 12/11/12

Certain Digital Photo Frames.......; whether to review an initial determination (order 48) extending the target date for completion of the investigation finding the remaining respondent Pan Digital Inc in default and in violation of section 337 and terminating the investigation; request for written submissions on remedy, the public interest and bonding with respect to the respondents found in default.
