It will take 6-8 lawyers working 12-16 hours every day to complete the initial post trial briefing of the 853 investigation. A similar effort to prepare post hearing reply briefs.

7 attorneys

8 legal staff

this represents 75% of Agility's attorney & staff working on the ITC investigation

This doesn't even begin to address the number of attorneys and staff working on the NoCal complaint. Makes me wonder if Agility is working on a contingency basis, and if so, wouldn't they have to be pretty damn sure that we (TPL/PTSC) are going to be awarded big $$$ and therefore be paid big $$$$.
