These companies are spending all this effort to invalidate the patents. Does this mean they know they infringe? If you didn't infringe on the patents why would you spend so much time, effort and money trying to invalidate them? With this effort to invalidate are they really saying yes we do infringe on your patent as worded with the USPTO and the Markman clarifications and our only chance is to change the words so we don't infringe. When will a judge put a stop to this? If and when Acer or HTC settle it will be at the courthouse steps. IMO
