It's a big deal in that we are finally getting ongoing royalties as well as past infringement fees. It may not add up to alot of dollars with Sierra but it sets a precedent for future settlements. Imagine an IBM having to pay similar fees, or Siemens, or any one of dozens of other multi-billion dollar companies that infringe. IT ADDS UP. We've simply got to structure these types of deals more often IMO.
