This is .0018 and .0072 / 1800 per million and 7200 per million respectivley. Although it does seem High on the commerical side relative to the consumer side but that can just be my ignorance. I would think commerical sales have tighter margins
Assume a rate of 1800 per million on 600mm for 6 years that runs between 6-7 million at 7200 per million that's around 24-28mm in back dated royalties...
This too seems excessive compared to historical payments for much larger companies..
