Has our national/collective nightmare finally ended? We'll see.

I was curious about 4.2.2 of the settlement. It discusses lump sum payment for past infringement. This is left blank. Can someone with more knowledge of the law or business than me (meaning anyone with any knowledge of business or law) comment on this. Is this normal to leave blank? Is it significant?
