Every morning I routinely check the ITC website for the latest filings so that I may report them here. There were two filings for joint motion to terminate (Sierra). One was confidential and the other was public. I copied and pasted the first page of the filing relating to the motion to terminate. I neglected to scroll through the entire document or I would have seen the license agreement and asked BaNosser to publish the PDF for all to see.

I am sorry for not being thorough on this one. However, many thanks to those who found it and reported it. I noticed too that Carlton Johnson and not Leckrone signed it. I take that to mean that perhaps Patriot really does have more input into the licensing strategy/agreements than before.
