You are correct. I was looking to page 17 of the pdf, and NOT page 17 of the actual set of dcouments. Same conclusion applies. The only info I see redacted in the entire set of documents has to do with payment info, including one-time payment info. So I continue to conclude that SW was a one-time lump sum payment.

BTW, as to your discourse with Opty earlier re: the requirement for SW to mark product with MMP patent numbers (as per section 8.3, page 14 of the pdf), please see the letter found on page 27 of the pdf. SW is off the hook for this requirement.
