many holders feel beat up about this stock.... but why sell now...

Day traders and flippers will be in and out of this stock.. new investors, without as much blood in it will as the vast majority here, will sell to make their quick (and certainly not dumb) 50% or 100%.. The way up and to the right will be a rockier road IMO than the trip to $2.20 was, when Swartz was controling a large portion (albeit not half) of the float.. IMO there will be more selling pressure on the way up... That being said.. A victory in the ITC, & vs the T2, recurring royalties, and an extetion of patents (knock knock), a favorable result to Moore v DL (knock knock) would most likely overwelm that selling pressure and send this to the heavenly body we all desire (and I'm not talking about Adriana Lima)
