As one who is as anxious as anybody else to once again see Patriot take off (last blast was in '06) after reading some of the post I am left with the following questions. I am not being purposely negative but some of the post and information disseminated today leaves me wondering.....

*It is my opinion that a real release that states that our CEO has purchased stock in PTSC would be the one release that I would take to the bank. As a died in the wool non believer in the company, as a man who makes into the mid six figures from Patriot a stock purchase from him would to me be one of the most significant releases we could have. Of course I am talking about more then a purchase of 1,000 shares.

*Would an agreement that includes past payments and ongoing pymts not be considered a Material Event in the corporate life of Patriot Scientific? If so should we not have had a release a few weeks back?

*As someone has already pointed out if there is a release scheduled for some reason on the 21st of December and at least one public shareholder knows about it is that not a serious insider violation? Also, as has additionally pointed out the 21st is a Friday, a day when Bad corporate news is released so why if this is good news is our mgmt. team allowing this "good news" to be released on a day that will do the least good for our share price and the future share price this year?

I do not think our Board of Directors would of made a stupid agreement with an infringer that is substantial for us but bad for the infringer and thus their sake would only be released on the Friday before Christmas. Let me put a caveat to that statement by saying if such a release does exist and is released if it shows that we will be receiving a seven figure settlement or on going pymts that are for past and future infringements that will amt to seven or eight figures then I will concede that agreeing to allow it out on that Friday will do no harm as I would imagine that it will facilitate greater settlements in the future.

*I think it was Laurie who pointed out that Cliff does not own stock in Patriot. He never said he would never buy stock in the company and in fact I think was just rewarded some options. However he did say at the last shm that the stock was too "risky" for him. I felt at the time a perfect statement to show him the door, instead he gets a bonus. Unlike, Laurie I would never want to own stock in a company directly and publicly noted to be run by Leckrone. The man has a history of sticking it to his partners some of which we know of and some we don't. Some of this information actually goes back to before we got into bed with TPL. If someone wants the SEC to do an investigation into the history of ptsc (Laurie?) then for sure put one of the Leckrones directly in charge. As it stands they almost run the company now with the MA.

*Why did Carl J. sign the agreement with Sierra? Does this show that Swartz still has an involvement? Am I the only one concerned about his continuing on our board with the shenanigans and investigations at Perig. another S. company?

*Dr. Loc, out of the blue we have a poster who talks about an association with a group out of MIT and that on 12/21 we will have this p.r. I first thought this to be a hoax based on the Mayan 12/21 prediction or someone said it would be a perfect situation where as ptsc takes off on the day the world ends. However as a Christian I do not believe the world will end on the 21st but was Dr. Loc making a joke and it took on a life of it's own and now has produced with the Sierra news hype? If so he could be in for trouble with the SEC.

*In closing I would like to point out that I will continue to read the post of Ron, Brian, 12007s, BaN, Huntington, ease, Lamb and a few others but until I see a real release with the company letter head spelling out exactly what has been done I will not believe a thing though I must admit I do like the direction the stock has taken today.

All of the above is just imo and is written by a long term long....

I hope by sharing my thoughts that one or more of those that I respect the most on this Board will show me where I have gone wrong in my thoughts. In any case I for one hope that all comes true. After all this is the season of Miracles!!!!!
