There is no question it is a single lump sum payment. Section 10.6 would lead us to that conclusion. First it refers to payment of either Sect 4 or Sect 2 of addendum F. Either or. Never would be both. Second it hints that Addendum F would not be attached if based on Sect 4. And the SW did have an addendum F with the selling price redacted.

Conjecture is that the SW royalty percentages were not redacted for a reason. The recent Core Flash license that Laurie mentioned had both percentages and the lump sum redacted. That seems to confirm that the SW percentages were intentionally unredacted. .
