Damn, it's about time someone recognized TPL for stalling.

Maybe I will see this settled in court before I die.

The judge made it clear, even if the outcome of the ITC case came out first, it would have no impact on his decision.

Hope TPL hasn't already gotten on the wrong side of the judge. I know they've rubbed me the wrong way.
