was going to deny Sierra's Motion to Terminate (before it was filed for public viewing), thereby resulting in HTC's motion to extend the trial date in NoCal. Perhaps they see the writing on the wall. Where would a loss hit them harder financially.....a loss with the ITC or a loss at trial in NoCal? If they believe the damages could be greater in No District of CA, then it would make sense that they want to first see the progress and outcome at the ITC.
