From the order:
On Dec. 18, TPL filed an urgent motion to compel Huawei to produce documents pursuant to certain Requests for Production and to supplement responses to certain interrogatories. TPL asserts that its motion is urgent and requests that responses to the motion be due on Dec. 21, 2012.
Having reviewed TPL's motion, the ALJ finds that TPL has overstated the urgency of its motion and TPL's request for a shortened response time should be DENIED. However, in light of TPL's representations that its discovery requests were served on August 27, 2012 and that Huawei has not produced any documents, the ALJ recommends, but does not order, that Huawei reconsider its position regarding production of documents and immediately begin producing relevant documents on a rolling basis.
