Your conclusion that the settlement with TPL was a bad decision does not hold water based on the information that was discussed numerous times on this board. It was a decision based on the legal circumstances at the time. If you purportedly have info from someone you talked to that you choose not to disclose, then don`t be surprised when people call you out on it. IMO your posts are worthless if all you cn back them up with is ``I know something you don`t know``. Grow up.

You say the dismissal of Wallin was a poor decision but give no argument why. IMO if you have a company that is now focusing on litigation it mught be wise to have a lawyer at the helm. In addition with the hiring of the new marketing guy (I forget hos name) it would seem Wallin becomes expendable because hos main function is now being handled by someone else with a better technical background, which is what is needed.

Everyone can have an opinion. The purose of this board should be to expound on those opinions and to disucss the merits of those opinions based on the experience and knowledge of the posters here.

IMO you opinions for the most part since you started posting here are worth what everyone has paid for them.
