the broader market is mostly green today in reaction to the congressional deal done last night

That is very often the case when the market as a whole moves up.. OTCBB stocks see less action... The investing world has most definitely taken a wait and see atitude.. Now do I believe PTSC is a buy were our shareprice currently sits.. absolutely.. Two Markman Ruling in our favor.. a dozen and a half Reexams recertifying our patents in hand.. PTSC and TPL appear to be sitting in a position of strength.. but I'm well into my second decade in this stock.. future investors seem to want more tangible reasons to invest.. like a Qtr producing 10s of millions in revenue and dividends..
