I believe you are wrong. Please see Kiddtrader's and my prior posts regarding this issue. And if you want to read it for yourself, then read Laurie's Chet Brown "carve out" post. It is all there ... Once you read it I'll be more than happy to discuss further although there shouldn't be much "to" discuss because we will be on the same page.
